You can embed forms from Google Forms into your academic website.

First, open your form in Google Forms (or create a new one).

Click the Send button on the navigation bar.

Switch to the Link tab (one with the link icon) and copy the URL in the link field.

Go to the Owlstown Editor.

Add a Google Drive block to your page. 

Paste the URL you copied into the URL field of the Google Drive block.
