Starting from scratch is the slowest part of building out a site. If you've already got a page, post, or project formatted just the way you like it, you shouldn't have to rebuild that structure every time you want something similar.
What's new
You can now duplicate content directly from the editor. It works across every major content type on your site:
- Pages — reuse a layout you've already built instead of starting blank
- Posts — spin off a variant of an existing post without retyping it
- People — copy a profile as a starting point for a new one
- Projects, Courses, Highlights, and Publications — the same one-click duplication, everywhere you need it
How it works
Open any page, post, or other item in the editor and click Duplicate, right next to Delete. Your site instantly creates a copy — titled "Copy of..." so it's easy to spot — and takes you straight to it, ready to edit. Everything about the original carries over, including its preview picture, so you're never rebuilding from zero.
Try it
Open any page, post, or item in your site editor and click Duplicate to get started.
